About
Kimberly Wright, ARNP, FNP-C, brings more than 20 years of nursing experience and a strong passion for caring for others to Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC). Kim began her healthcare career as a CNA at age 18 before becoming a nurse. She spent much of her nursing career in trauma and emergency care, including serving in the JCHC Emergency Department. Wanting to provide more comprehensive care for her patients, she continued her education and became a family nurse practitioner, graduating from Chamberlain University in April 2025.

Her extensive nursing background and emergency care experience help her assess and treat a wide variety of illnesses, injuries and other immediate healthcare needs. She strives to create a positive and personable environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and leave feeling heard and cared for.
A small-town native, Kim describes herself as dedicated, trustworthy and genuine. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and grandchildren, traveling, camping, boating and taking an annual spring trip to Pensacola Beach. She also enjoys being creative and has a passion for aesthetics and wellness.
