The Courtesy Van is available to transport patients from their home in Jefferson County to appointments at Jefferson County Health Center, subject to availability. That includes the Dialysis Center, Physical Therapy, Rehab, JCHC Clinics, JCHC Professional Clinic and any other service performed on the Jefferson County Health Center campus.
Cost is $2.00 one way in Fairfield city limits and $3.00 one way out of Fairfield city limits.
If you have an emergency please dial 911 for an ambulance transport to the emergency room.
Jefferson County Health Center Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization, assists in providing this and many other services to the community. Your donation helps fulfill the mission of the foundation: "Investing in the health of our community".

Visit Your Loved Ones
Visitors are encouraged to visit friends and family members. Visiting hours are 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., and we encourage you to check with admission or the main desk prior to visiting to make sure your visit occurs at the most appropriate time. Jefferson County Health Center has implemented a program on the inpatient floor entitled "Quiet Time." In an effort to improve the healing process, all patients will be provided with uninterrupted between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. We realize the inconvenience Quiet Time may cause our visitors, and ask that they discuss with nursing any suggestions or concerns they may have.

Hospital food gets a bad rap, but not in our kitchen!
Designed to provide flavorful and wholesome foods for visitors, JCHC staff, and the general public, come join us for a variety of fair priced entrees and dishes. Our menus change, week to week, and include a daily Cook’s Choice. Be sure to keep an eye out for seasonal offerings and options that only come around once per year!
Our café is the perfect spot to grab a bite (or more) to eat for breakfast or lunch when visiting friends and loved ones, waiting for an appointment, or for the general consumption of tasty food.
